Violets on Stripes

Striped, cropped, and embellished. This little cardigan is super-cute and easy to create.

Cropped tops come and go in fashion. Lately, they’ve been a big hit. This stripy cropped cardigan is designed to fit the trend of super-short tops. With a cropped hem, it’s a perfect pair for all sorts of dresses.

The Violets on Stripes Cardigan is worked with large needles, which makes it a quick knit. Simple stitches make it an easy project for beginners as well, and floral embellishments make the cardigan just as unique as its knitter. This cardigan is best made with soft, Aran weight yarns suitable for needles size 5mm / US 8.

Violets on Stripes features a short hem, long sleeves, and crochet flowers scattered around one shoulder and the back. The pattern includes written instructions for the cardigan and the crochet flowers. The pattern (dl size 2Mt) is written in English only.
